I'll be setting up a dedicated helpdesk / trouble ticket system for support requests ASAP. It's based on a simple and efficient software called Trouble Ticket Express, for which I happen to have a license.

There's been a flood of (positive!) developments over here and my TODO queue has grown a bit too long, so it may take up to week or two before the support system is up.
